Surveys
We surveyed 20+ active NFT owners and found that Interactive Display is the most wanted feature if there were a new platform for showing their NFT collections.
Interviews
We performed 5 structured-interviews with users who are currently using/purchasing NFT. We found out that users’ primary concern revolved around their desire to showcase their NFTs but lacked a more suitable platform for doing so.
User Persona
From user research, we defined our user persona, Mat Copper, and explored the empathy map. We found that:
1 - Users need to find a more preferable way of interacting with other NFT collectors because finding a community to belong to is challenging
2 - Users need to gain access to a method for displaying NFTs because showcasing their items is enjoyable
3 - Users want to know the top trending NFTs and showcase their NFTs through our app
Empathy Map
Ideation
Our team came up with “I like, I wish, what if” to explore the possibilities our product. Through discussion, we hope to develop a NFT display app to help NFT collectors solve the problem of not having a sociable or unique way of displaying their collection to other NFT enthusiasts

Competitor Analysis
We did a competitor analysis to understand our competitors’ strengths and weakness in comparison to our product, searching for gaps in the market.
Key Results:
1 - The market is lacking a customizable way to display their NFT collection
2 - Our competitors are lacking a community of NFT collectors
3 - There is a gap in the market for an all-in-one platform that allow users to browse popular NFTs and showcase them
